We're now making mouth-blown sheet glass at Monarch Glass Studio! Sheets are around (16" to 18") x (20" to 24") and range in price and start at $135 per sheet for simple MSFS sheet. Crating fees (starting at $250) and freight charges (range) are also added onto orders. Code numbers and a color chart are coming in the Spring of 2025. Minimum order will be 20 sheets.

Doors made with our custom single flash sheet (with antique striations) for a residence in Overland Park, Kansas. Regan Romero is the designer of these doors.
Sheets are available as:
MSFS: Single Flash (can be made as antique, contemporary, or crackle)
MOFS: Opal Flashed behind a single flash (can be made as antique, contemporary, or crackle)
MBS: Marbled color (can be made as antique, contemporary, or crackle)
MFS: Frit sheet (can be made as antique, contemporary, or crackle)
Textures:
Contemporary: Smooth and silky
Antique: Striations put into the skin of the sheet while hot, creating tool lines that catch light as it passes
Crackle: The glass is dunked into water while hot, creating a healed cracking texture across the sheet
These can be altered by purchasers:
- Double or triple flash: Color layered on top of one another
- Transitions: Colors moving into one another through the sheet
- Blinds: Color pulses between dense and thick
- Fade: Dense to light coloration on a single sheet
Colors and textures not seen on our line, combinations not seen here, or techniques not seen here are likely achievable, but more conversations will be needed.
All Sheet glass made at Monarch Glass Studio is hand-blown and is subject to defects in some areas. Scuffing, scratches, and hazing is minimal and avoided at all cost but is sometimes seen in areas of a sheet. Every sheet receives a rigorous quality control check before being approved for sale. Thickness can also vary between 1/16" and 3/16".
